Our Dining Hall is located inside the Knudson Student Center and offers all your favorites from pizza, sandwiches, and a fully loaded salad bar, to a variety of comfort food entrees. Our Dining Hall also features a station with a rotating menu that varies daily. From handcrafted pasta dishes to custom stir fry bars and everything in between, we are dedicated to providing healthy options and quality service to all our customers using fresh ingredients and culinary expertise.
The Dining Hall is open to DCB students, faculty, and the greater Bottineau community. We accept debit/credit cards and dining dollars.
